Your browser sends the information needed to request a page, such as your IP address and the requested address, to our hosting server. We use this connection to deliver the site. The server may record technical errors and security events to keep hosting operational; we have not enabled a website access log or visitor analytics.
Local assets
Images, styles and fonts are served from this website. We do not embed third-party trackers, videos or social widgets.
Contacting us
Email links open your own email service. If you write to us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments. We use them to respond and address your request. You can request deletion of your correspondence by emailing [email protected]. Your email provider handles email under its own privacy policy.
Private content studio
The staff-only TintHop Studio uses session and security cookies for authentication and form protection. It stores staff accounts, uploaded artwork, tags, categories and conversion jobs on our server. These tools are not accounts in the mobile app. Optional prompt-based artwork generation sends the entered prompt to OpenAI; normal upload conversion stays on our server.
App privacy
TintHop has a separate app privacy policy covering its on-device storage, files and support.
